so here i am in west palm. i can't believe how fast this summer is whipping by! i'm really not ready for school to start up, especially considering that i can't even decide on classes. jeez.
i can't sleep so i'm catching up on the shit i haven't been able to do online since i am computerless for a while. my dad bought me a new laptop for my birfday and it's in the mail. hopefully this one won't catch a bunch of nasty viruses like the old one...it makes me wonder what kind of low-lifes would sit around creating computer viruses. as if the world isn't FUCKED UP enough. after i figure out my new laptop my next mission is my iPod (another bday gift...from mike). it sucks to be so damn technologically challenged.
i guess i should actually update the masses on whats been going on lately. well, i took my braids out a couple days after my bday and im so depressed about my hair!!! i've never had SO LITTLE hair before, it's all thin, short, and broken. i got it cut into layers again but it's really just a big mess...even when i straighten it. i really miss my braids and i'm definitely getting them redone asap...i just hope that the girls down here don't rip me off just cuz i'm white--they love to do that. i'm also kinda down because i feel like im gaining weight since i haven't gone to the gym or been running lately. it sucks when you aren't feeling like you look your best cuz it makes you even more lethargic and uneasy about leaving the house. hopefully mike will go to the gym with me starting 2moro.
on monday me, my mom, and mike leave for our cruise to cozumel, mexico for maduke's bday. that should be interesting...never been on a cruise before.
i've decided once and for all that i'm going to major in english (creative writing). i really don't know who i was trying to kid---writing is the only thing i've ever been good at. so far (if all goes as planned) my scedule for the fall looks like this: comprehensive spanish 2:30-3:20 M-F, intro to african american lit 3:35-4:50 T&Th, practical finite math 5:15-6:30 T&Th, and imaginative writing=poetry 6:45-8 T&Th. it is gonna SUCK having a class everyday but at least it will (hopefully) get me out of bed every morning.
hmmmmmmmmm alright. i'm boring myself so i'll cut this short.
